I have varicose veins. Can I go to the spa, Turkish bath or sauna?


    Hot baths and spas in winter months , saunas start to look more attractive. While the water of hot springs is especially good for some health problems, it can cause problems in patients with varicose veins. Hot water, hot steam and hot environments alone do not cause the formation of varicose veins, but they cause your tendency to develop varicose veins and increase your complaints if you have varicose veins.
